You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason (see our Terms and Conditions, section 9). You can use the standard form below to let us know, but you are not obliged to use it.

After we receive your notice of withdrawal, we will confirm receipt and explain how to return the goods. Please return the items unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with any tags attached and in their original packaging, within 14 days. We will refund the amount paid for the returned items within 14 days of receiving them or proof of return, using the same payment method you used. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from Diversity Modest! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
How to Return
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a similar protective package.
- Include your order number and full name inside the package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds & Processing
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid with Klarna, your refund will be adjusted accordingly through Klarna.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns Due to Our Error
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at support@diversitymodest.com before sending it back. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a suitable solution.
