Enter your address at checkout and you will see straight away whether we deliver to your country, and what it costs. We do not ship everywhere.

Shipping to Germany is free on orders over €120.

Below that amount, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

It depends on where you are. Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium arrive next day. Elsewhere in Europe takes 2 to 5 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7 to 16 days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Register your return in our returns portal. You need your order number and the email address from your order confirmation. It takes about two minutes and you get the return instructions straight away.

Please do not send anything back before your return is registered. Items sent back to us without a registered return cannot be processed or refunded.

Full price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

No. Items bought at a reduced price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is how we are able to bring the prices down as far as we do.

Do not use the returns portal for these. Email support@diversitymodest.com with a photo and your order number. We will cover the return cost and put it right. Final sale never applies in these cases.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the return is due to an error on our side. In that case we cover it. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way is to register your return in the portal and place a new order for the piece you want.

Once your return reaches us, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing. We will let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. If you paid with Klarna, your Klarna balance is adjusted accordingly. Bank processing can add a few extra days.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Neither can custom or personalised products, perishable goods, or personal care goods.

Your statutory right of withdrawal under Dutch and EU law is not affected by anything above. To exercise it, contact us at support@diversitymodest.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the items unworn, unwashed and with tags in the original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost. See also our Withdrawal Form.
