How to return an item
Email support@diversitymodest.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We reply within one business day and send you the return instructions.

Please do not send anything back before we have confirmed your return. Items sent back to us without an approved return cannot be processed or refunded.

What can be returned
Full price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Sale items are final sale
Items bought at a reduced price are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged. This is how we are able to bring the prices down as far as we do.

Wrong, damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email support@diversitymodest.com with a photo and your order number. We will cover the return cost and put it right. Final sale never applies in these cases.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our side. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the item once your return is approved, and place a new order for the piece you want.

Refunds
Once your return reaches us, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing. We will let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. If you paid with Klarna, your Klarna balance is adjusted accordingly. Bank processing can add a few extra days.

Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Neither can custom or personalised products, perishable goods, or personal care goods.

Consumers in the European Union
Your statutory right of withdrawal under Dutch and EU law is not affected by the above. To exercise it, contact us at support@diversitymodest.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the items unworn, unwashed and with tags in the original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost. See also our Withdrawal Form.
